Association Awards
On Monday night Aiden (u13 Div 2 boys), Amy (u13 Div 1 girls) and Ashleigh (u15 Div 1 girls) were the best and fairest winners in their age group, one of our club captains Cave was runner-up in the u17 Div 2 best and fairest. Dash (u15 Div 1) from Heathcote and a member of the joint venture team with Heathcote and Bangor also won the best and fairest in his age group.

Good for Footy Raffle
The bombers will be one of a handful of community footy clubs from across the country featured in the Toyota Pavillion as part of the festival of footy for the Grand Final at the MCG. Thank you Marg for taking over from Sabrina to lead the club’s main fundraiser for the year.

Grand Final Umpires
It is a massive weekend for AFL in Sydney. I am thrilled to inform you that the following bomber junior members are recognised for their umpiring and have been appointed to the Grand Finals. Well done, Aaron, Charles, Declan, Harry, Isaac, Jairus, James, Liam and Lucas.
Charles and Jairus have been recognised by the AFL for their exceptional seasons and appointed to the u17 Div 1 finals, Charles for the boys and Jairus for the girl’s game.

Grand Final Teams.
Due to the structure of the AFL Sydney Juniors competition, if you make a grand final you have well and truly earned your spot.

The following teams are playing tomorrow.

u11 Greys v Cronulla @9am on Olds Park 2
u17 Boys div 2 (joint venture with Bangor and Heathcote) v Newtown @4PM on Olds Park 1

If there is a break in your Father’s Day activities please come along and cheer on our teams.

Community sports should be fun. Let’s get out and support our players and the volunteers and families that get them on the game and make sure that we have a good time as a club, no matter the result.
